Founder Claudio Valente has been baking for over 25 years. He is inspired by ingredients that are fresh and wholesome. He is passionate about providing delicious food experiences in a welcoming atmosphere...this devotion is shared by his partner, Kelly, and their three daughters; who have collaborated to create foods that satisfy and share them with you!
